Kinky Clarinetist Cripples Nipples
This week I thought I’d share a little smut from a current work in progress. In One Gold Knot, Dominant Cord, Book 2, kinky clarinetist, Wilson Kennedy, falls for vanilla piano teacher, Hildy Klein, at her uncle’s wake. A word of warning, this excerpt is straight from the first draft and has not been edited. [blockquote align=center] Hildy closed her eyes and gave Wilson control of her body. He spread her legs and bent them so her knees were up and her feet were flat on the mattress. She wanted to come so badly, she didn’t dare move. “It looks like my good girl has a very leaky pussy. I’ll…

Holy Deadlines, Sadie Haller
Deadlines are looming large. One look at my calendar and it’s panic stations. Love is…, the Romance Divas 40 author short story anthology is releasing on August 5, 2014 (go have a look at the Facebook Page for more information). My contribution features Mac and Finn from One Gold Heart, Dominant Cord Book 1. I’ll be heading to the other side of the world to spend time with my family around the same time, so Dominant Cord 2 and 3 need to be finished by the time I leave. The cover for Dominant Cord 3 is almost ready. I can hardly wait to show it off. For the entire month…

Camp NaNoWriMo and Masochism
I’ve been crazy-busy in the writing cave this week. Working hard at getting One Gold Knot ready for release. In addition, I’m participating in Camp NaNoWriMo and have committed to completing 30,000 words of Dominant Cord, Book 3 – title as yet to be determined. I’m off to healthy start with my word count currently sitting at 5386 after 2 days, but that’s still a fair way from my goal. July was supposed to be nothing but writing and a some low-key preparation for our upcoming trip home. Somehow, we’ve added dinner guests and a trip to Germany to the calendar. No rest of the wicked, I suppose. It’s odd…

The Spice Rack – BDSM Checklist
I was thinking about erotic fiction the other day, particularly that which involves BDSM, and wondered how many people read it and would like to experiment, but remain ‘in the closet’ for fear of being judged by their partners. Of course, communication is crucial, but it has to start somewhere. How many people in vanilla-type relationships, who can’t even ask their partner for oral sex, are likely to sit at the supper table and casually say they want to be tied up and spanked while wearing nipple clamps and a butt-plug? How many would indulge in kinkier pursuits if they were sure their partner was on board without having to…

Who I’m Reading – Bianca Sommerland
Bianca Sommerland is deliciously evil. I discovered she just released a new Dartmouth Cobras book, Iron Cross, and I absolutely had to read it. Immediately. The whole thing. In one sitting. I couldn’t put it down long enough to even write a blog post yesterday, let alone work on One Gold Knot. I even thought I’d lost a day. I woke up this morning thinking it was Friday. Fortunately, Math-geek set me straight – it’s only Thursday. Iron Cross is the sixth book in the Dartmouth Cobras series and well worth the price of admission, but you really need to work your way up to it starting with book…

Medical BDSM may not be my kink
I knew an endoscopy was going to be unpleasant but this was so far off the scale, I couldn’t even pretend it was some kind of BDSM medical scene where I’m wearing an O-ring gag while the very hot doctor feeds a very long cock down my throat. Why is it the doctors are always hot when they are going to see you in your most unattractive and unflattering moments? I’m feeling a fair bit better today after being coddled by Math-geek yesterday. My throat is still very sore, but at least my stomach feels like it can handle more than tea and soup. Now that I’ve finished a beta-read…
